The Challenge
Being a B2C client, they were looking to acquire repeat buyers though Facebook + Google. Their challenges were consistently reaching their target buyer demographic through these channels and acquiring them as potential customers.
Their Needs
Zedric’s came to us because they tried running Google & Facebook ads campaigns internally but were paying more than what the industry standard was per customer. Standard was around $15-$20

We worked with Zedric’s to first identify their ideal buyer profile – things like their age, wealth, their interests, etc. We tested our assumptions and developed pathways to target their ideal customer.

Improved Ad Copy & Image Creatives
We’ve taken what worked for Zedric’s before and improved ads with new copy, images and tested out a lot of different variants until we’ve found a few that had the highest conversion rate.
Launched Video-Only Campaigns
After the comprehensive competitor research, we’ve decided to test out video-only campaigns since 95% of the competitor’s ads were video.
Created multiple retargeting campaigns
We were able to hit 10x+ ROAS by retargeting to different audiences (based on the stage they were in) we’ve had different offers for people who just visited, added to cart and initiated checkout.
Identified top-performing demographics & time of day
Reviewed Facebook analytics and identified top-performing age, gender, and time of day. We’ve used this information to create additional ad sets and automated (dayparting) bid strategy.
Provided CRO suggestions
We’ve provided a ton of suggestions to their design team and had them implement most of the changes we requested.
KEY RESULTS
We were able to get up to 10X ROAS! That was our best month so far. On average, we are hitting 5X to 7X ROAS.
